Noise is constant and security is nonexistent. Point blank- it’s dangerous staying here for any length of time. Your car will most likely get shot up or broken into. It’s dirty and under kept, roach infested and severely under maintained. I’m surprised this place hasn’t been shut down. It should be!! The worse part, most of the long term tenants here. Not all, but most are unsavory and criminal like, maintenance is almost nonexistent. Not safe for kids to play outside even in the day time. Never stayed in a place so bleak and oppressed. Up side are, managers are actually pretty nice and are very flexible with rent and rooms. They are ok people for the most part and are friendly. It’s well located and close to stores, bus and restaurants as well as downtown. Easy to get around if you don’t have a car. Rooms are actually quite large and accommodating. Just not well maintained as far as maintenance goes. It’s too bad because this place could have so much more potential if they only screened tenants and guests a lot more, as well as cleaning up the property a lot more, inside and outside. It’s mostly the negative and oppressive energy that makes it so uncomfortable here. Lived here for almost a year til got promoted at my job and started making better income. Would I stay here again?? No way!! Not unless it was a last resort. Sorry, but not sorry, true story. Stay at your own risk. Good luck!!
