Read MoreHey I'm writing a current review, this place is really a great place to stay, I'm not just saying that, but it's not all chaotic like some places are lately and the staff are friendly and smile which is awesome these days and another great thing is that they have ON SITE maintenance that have different certifications and they get everything fixed quick especially compared to the apartment complex I was living in, just saying it's a really comfortable spot.

Safety
I don't see cop cars here, everyone seems quiet and to themselves, I'm sure if anything went down it would be handled immediately since there are always staff securing the site.
Walkability
It's convenient for buying food and treats and the bus stops are easy to get to... Only negative, I'm honest, it's Tulsa Transits fault but you have to take an extra transfer for almost anywhere you're going on the bus so add extra time.

Great food, RIGHT nextdoor to Outback Steakhouse, Cains chicken, Arby's, Red lobster etc
Noteworthy details
It's just nice, comfortable and laid back and surprisingly pretty quiet and peaceful.
