I stayed here last week for work for a single night and woke up the morning after my stay covered in approximately 20 very light red dots all over my arms, legs, and body. The redness progressed over the next day and that’s when I called the hotel to let them know they might have BED BUGS. There was no manager available to speak to until three days after my stay. When I finally spoke with the manager, he was unapologetic, rude, and very defensive. He said that there was no evidence of bed bugs in the room (not that he provided me with proof or a report) and that there was even another party that stayed there after me and they didn’t have any issues. As we know with bed bugs, not everyone will react immediately to bites, and there can be a delayed onset of visible redness. I’m glad that he said that they looked into the room to ensure the safety of future customers but I would never stay here again. Customer service is poor at best and the defensiveness and rudeness of the manager is unreasonable. Not once did he say that he was sorry that it was such a poor experience with the hotel or anything remorseful at all. He simply jumped to being defensive and saying that the bites all over my body must be from something else.
