Read MoreIf I could give zero stars, I would. From the moment I checked in, it was a disaster. The AC wasn’t working properly, and I had to sit in the lobby for TWO HOURS while they attempted to fix it. Instead of offering a different room, they made me wait, which was already frustrating.
When they finally "fixed" it, the AC started leaking all night long. At that point, I was exhausted and didn’t even bother arguing anymore—it was too late to deal with their incompetence.
As if that wasn’t bad enough, there was NO HOT WATER AT ALL—not that night, not the next morning. Unbelievable.
The customer service was atrocious. Despite being a Hilton Honors member, I was treated as if my concerns didn’t matter. The staff was unhelpful, unwilling to accommodate, and clearly didn’t care about guest experience.
DO NOT stay here. The hotel is in terrible condition, and the service is even worse. Save yourself the headache and book somewhere else.
