I was and still am deeply disturbed by the things that I witnessed, and I ended up leaving the same night I showed up after staying in my car for an hour because the room was so egregious. The state of the room was absolutely mediocre. The smell of the whole establishment smelled strongly of herbs and foreign food; it was overwhelmingly offensive. The furniture was all stained with questionable liquids. Hair was all over the bathroom (I am bald); the hair was from different people, as long hairs and short hairs were everywhere in the bathroom. Dust lives rent-free here; it was everywhere; the sheets were stained with what looked like brown, aged blood, which is beyond concerning. There are multiple pubes behind the toilet seat. The toilet paper was not replaced whatsoever. Instead, it was just kept there from the last person’s stay - which I have never seen a place do before. To top everything off, there were feces-covered wash clothes under the sink!!!!!! I felt the need to reach out because I refuse to pay for this room and have never experienced such repulsive things in my whole life. After demanding my refund, I was told I could have “ reward points.” I want my money back, not worthless points I’ll never use. Depending on how this is handled will determine how I move forward, but regardless, do not waste your time and money here.
