The beds sit atop a metal frame with wobbly metal plates that make an echo every time you move.The hotel is next to a bar and bowling alley. There’s a drive-in theatre that still exists down the road, a must if you enjoy a classic experience.Most of the people are friendly and respectful. You don’t have to worry too much about your things being stolen if they’re left in your car or something.Definitely drive. It’s the country, there’s distance between everything.Around the area, southern food and Mexican food reign supreme in the flavor department. If you want something healthy, best to buy from a local fresh market and make it yourself.Maintain situational awareness around the staff of the hotel. Do not leave items unattended for long periods of time inside the hotel. You get what you pay for - and this place is the cheapest around.Great value
