Read MoreWe initially thought this hotel offered great value, but our experience was disappointing. When we woke up, we discovered the shower was broken. Upon reporting it, we were informed that maintenance would only be available at 12 PM. This raises serious concerns—what if there were an emergency like a leak or a broken lock? Would they simply apologize and ask us to wait until noon?
Instead of relaxing, we had to move to another room, which was thankfully available. However, no assistance was offered to help us move our belongings. To make matters worse, the breakfast was served cold.
When we requested to speak with the manager, we were told he was only available for a few hours. Additionally, the room phone’s ‘dial 9’ function didn’t work, and when advised to try ‘91,’ that didn’t work either. It felt like one issue after another.
This hotel appears poorly managed. A broken shower, limited maintenance availability, an elusive manager, and malfunctioning systems made our stay far from enjoyable. They suggested emailing the manager, but I doubt it will make a difference.
Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel.”
