Checkin was a nightmare, my company booked the reservation had everything set. But because the person booking the room didn’t put it in my name it was a major issue. No problem I booked it with my personal card in my name just to get into the room. My company later in the day switched the card from my personal to the company card. My card at this point was charged $270, upon checkout I asked for a receipt for the $270 on my card they couldn’t provide one so I asked for the refund receipt they also didn’t have one. I was told no manager is on staff until 10am, also told they can’t give me any paperwork because they don’t see the charge. Marriott use to be a staple for good customer service and excellence, that must be true only on the east coast. Horrible procedure, bad service and this doesn’t go for all the people in the facility but for the front desk!
