Luis, the shuttle driver was awesome as well. He was prompt, helpful with our bags, and offered some suggestions about the pick up process. The room was very comfortable and clean.nnIf you're parking here for a trip, book directly through them with their parking rate. It was cheaper than going through the park and fly option.nnWe were a bit disappointed with the breakfast offerings and were hoping for a little more variety and hot items. The lobby coffee was a nice touch. The exercise bike didn't work when I was there (would lose resistance immediately), but the other machines were fine. The one negative experience we had was that our keys stopped working before our 12 pm checkout time. As we were taking items to the car around 11:45, they suddenly stopped working.
