Read MoreMy experience was terrible. My room was nasty with the couch covered in dirt, stains all over the floor, and crusty stuff on my pillow. When I went to ask for another room, the clerk was rude and treated me as a annoying customer who was disturbing his night. He told me "All the rooms are like that." After coming back and showing him the crustiness on the pillow, he eventually moved me to another room, which was a little better, but still had issues. When I asked for a refund he initially refused, but later told me his manager said I could just leave (no refund). I was going to ask for another room and he told me I would get a refund in 14 business days, but refused to give me any documents showing that. I left (didn't want stay there) and left my number for the manager to call me - never received a call. They did give me a 1/2 refund - not the full they told me. Don't stay here.
