Dying fish used like a decoration on the main check in desk? Terrible. I asked the worker if I could have the fish and take it home to be told no. I still want that fish before it dies! Just saying! Lost 3 stars.
The stay itself was nice. The hot tub was warm and bubbly. I did not hear any noise from others. Plus 1 star
The breakfast was free and excellent. Many bagels, pastries, hot food, yogurts, juices, eggs, sausage, etc. plus 1 star.
Costs more money (40 dollars) to check out late despite them displaying proudly free late checkout for airport employees? Lost 1 star.
Shuttle runs every thirty minutes, was convenient but the long spans in between rides can be something to look out for if your flight is soon. No rating change.
Total, all in all, it wasn’t a bad stay at all. It was clean and comfortable but it’s annoying to see micro transactions in real time. It’s a bad customer experience. Oh well. I’d honestly stay again if they change the fish’s bowl, it’s a living animal, not a toy. And if I had the points lol.
