King beds, couch, big fridge, picture window, nice bathroom and furnishings, usb charging stations in the nightstands, big table with 3 chairs, modern flooring. Modern toilet and shower. Very nice overall.If you're in Ashland, you probably already know the innumerable activities Oregon has. We did Howard Prairie Lake, Foots Creek Market, Upper Table Rock, then meandered over to the Redwood Forest and Pacific coast. Ashland itself has tons of options.Continental breakfast, waffles, English muffins, fruit, cereal, yogurt, juice, coffee. Hits the spot.Great value
