Cons: the room reeked of cigaret smoke and just wouldn't go away. I asked to change my room due to the odor and they refused due to their rule of 10 minutes. Basically because I asked them in 20 minutes they didn't want to try.
If you're in customer service industry, at least try to make your customer happy. I didn't pay you $57 that was worth $50, so why do you want me to accept that sub standard room??
They were not at their desk at 11am when I wanted to check out, so I had to throw the card under their bulletproof window's opening!
Maybe you get lucky or a somker, otherwise I'd avoid this place.
*** I picked up my long sleeve cotton shirt from the trunk of my car and in reeked of cigarette smoke two nights later in Richmond Virginia!!
That just goes to show how bad it was!
