I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE. At 10 in the morning after my girlfriend got out the shower still completely naked a housekeeper just lets themselves into my room. Let’s give an overall honest review. The location of the hotel isn’t horrible but there is construction happening on the street by the front entrance to the parking lot which made it a little annoying to pull into but was with stand able. Check-in was at 4 the front desk was nice and friendly checked in no problem then went to my room. The room was decent nothing special I’ve been to cheaper hotels with better rooms, the room didn’t even have a microwave after going to the front desk they told me the microwave was actually on the 7th floor in a little corner. Kinda odd but is what it is i guess. Fast forward to the morning, check out is at 12 o’clock which is pretty nice gives you a little extra time compared to the average 11 o’clock check outs at most hotels, wasn’t really able to have that extra time tho being because There housekeeping staff needs to be retrained and a system needs to be put into place letting the housekeeping staff know when a customer actually checks out. At 10 in the morning 2 hours before check out a housekeeper just lets themselves into my room while my girlfriend was completely naked, after getting the housekeeper out of my room I went down stairs to make a complaint. the front desk was nice and helpful and got the manager on duty the manager was respectful and stated he’ll refund the room and talk to the housekeeper about there protocols so it doesn’t happen in the future, I asked him if they had any systems into place so the housekeepers actually knows when a guest checks out an he stated they didn’t have anything like that into place, kinda odd considering this is a multi million dollar franchise, I understand it’s not the mangers/staffs say to have the system or not there just doing there jobs an I’m not pinning that against them more just showing how cheap the company is an doesn’t care about it’s customers safety or the safety of its employees. Things honestly could have ended a lot different then what they did have, there’s Marriott hotels all over the place and if this establishment doesn’t have that system into place like that I bet they all don’t. Trip type Vacation Travel group Couple Rooms: 2 Service: 2 Location: 2 Rooms The room was fairly clean with a decent set up. Didn’t have a microwave tho. The bathroom was kinda small, water got pretty hot and had decent pressure Safety Housekeeping will just walk in your room as they please without knocking or anything. Your cars safe tho Walkability You need a car if you wanna do anything in the area Food & drinks The little store snack area had decent snacks with a decent variety. They have a bar and restaurant didn’t try it so I can’t give a honest opinion but it looked pretty nice
