I have stayed at many of motels in my life time, some good and some bad. But this place is totally worth every penny you spend to stay there. You won't find a cleaner,nicer room for the money I can promise you that. The breakfast at this place far exceeds anyone's expectations!! And not to mention the customer service. The lady who runs the place has a heart of gold. She went out of her way literally the help me while I was there staying for 2 weeks. I was here working for 2 weeks and had my wallet and cell phone stolen while in Abilene at the home Depot. No way to get any money until the next day when my way drive 3 hrs to bring me some. I came in from work that night around 8 pm and told the lady what had happened to me and she made me dinner because I couldnt buy anything until the next day when my wife brought me money. How great that was. This lady can cook!!! So if your ever in the neighborhood and need a room stop in and see these folks I promise you that you will come back again.

I couldn’t express enough how grateful and thankful we are for our weekend trip. The hospitality was amazing! the rooms were very clean and very comfortable especially taking our kids there. It was also very quiet. I highly recommend staying there.

Winters, TX was my halfway point between Lubbock and Georgetown. I was very happy with my stay and pleasantly surprised with the morning breakfast. I love some buiscuits and gravy. The rooms were clean and great for the price. Front desk was so sweet and she made me feel like she was very happy for me to have stayed the night with them. Anytime I am headed back towards Georgetown I will stay here again.

Lovely little motel right on Main Street. Marcy is very attentive and friendly. Offer a big variety of breakfast items. Clean sheets and towels. Air conditioner worked amazingly despite all this humidity which was a big plus for me. I will definitely be back again.

The new owners are SO nice! The room looked great. Very clean! Our family slept very comfortably. She even gave us a call back when there was open availability that we desperately needed. In the morning the complementary breakfast was better than all the hotels my boyfriend stays in (he travels for work). She offered biscuits and gravy to my boyfriend, he said it was delicious. When the sausage patties ran out she said it would be 30min for some more so we said never mind. A few minutes later she comes out with a sausage patty and biscuit for me, I was more than thankful. The kids enjoyed cereal,yogurt, juice, and some doughnuts. We will gladly be returning.

The bed was so comfortable and the pillows were fantastic too! I slept extremely well here. Heat of summer and the AC was running smoothly!

This was my favorite stop for the night! The staff was welcoming and so friendly, the place was clean, the bed was comfy, the temperature was just right in our room, the price was fair and breakfast was homemade. The part that tops it off was the green Mardi Gras necklaces on everyone’s door for St. Patty’s day! Nice extra touch!! Would recommend this place to everyone and would absolutely stay here anytime we are in the area!

Stayed here for a week, and it's a nice little motel. Overall, it's nothing special, and admittedly it is a little pricey for what you're getting, but the owners/staff are very friendly and courteous. That aside, the rooms have soft beds, good heat/air, clean bathrooms and showers, and I can hook my laptop to the TV's HDMI ports. There's really not much more you could want, unless you're the type who only stays at Hilton's. Oh, and it's a convenient location in town, off of Main Street, which is also US-83. Ballinger and Abilene are both a short drive away.
