I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent experience at your establishment. Unfortunately, I believe my family and I were subjected to discriminatory treatment. We were the only black family on the premises, and I felt we were unfairly targeted and asked to leave without any prior notice.
Furthermore, our belongings were handled carelessly and placed in black trash bags. Several items of clothing, including new clothes my son had recently purchased, were missing. When I inquired about these missing items, I received no explanation. This has caused significant inconvenience and distress, as my son is now without adequate clothing for the remainder of our trip.
The reason given for our removal, noise complaints at 2:30 AM, is false and unsubstantiated. No one in my room was awake at that hour.
Due to this deeply troubling experience, I strongly advise other black families against patronizing your establishment.
I would appreciate a prompt and thorough investigation into this matter.
