the pool & hot tub area were minimally tended too and it was clear. If spa is closed, it should be drained. It was gross.the pool also had items in the bottom. I noted a hair bow, my son found, not thinking anything of it at the same because this does just happen BUT there’s a review from one month ago below this one noting a hair bow. I’m so mad at myself for even swimming here at all. Has this pool even been cleaned ?!?!?
They did allow our dog, but there were signs everywhere that said no dogs. They said they were going to take down. But again, policy even though I’m happy dogs were allowed. Room + dog is 2 policies I can note not being adhered to with the property.

I’m a former smoker, and although the rooms present no smoker signs. It was clear that smoke was present in this room by scent which feels like policy isn’t a factor here. In our room, we had 1 fork, 1 spoon, 1 knife, 1 cup, and 1 plate.There was also a stove top present, it didn’t work. But we didn’t have any kitchen utensils to use if it had worked. I’m not sure what the standard is for each room, but making aware so others can prepare for this.
Safety
The elevator sounded terribly, a maid was riding with us and said “probably needs a service, it didn’t use to sound like this.” Which made us feel as if safety was a concern.
