First off, the location is excellent, and I agree there are tons of great food spots around. But what really stood out to me was the hospitality. The front desk staff were professional and genuinely kind — they didn’t just smile at check-in and disappear; they actually checked in on how my stay was going a couple of times. That’s rare.
As for housekeeping, I had no issues. I followed the instructions they clearly explain at check-in — just let the front desk know if you want a full cleaning, since many hotels now don’t do automatic daily service unless requested (especially post-COVID). Once I asked, they cleaned my room thoroughly the same day. Towels were always available, and I never had to chase anyone down.
The gym is small, sure — it’s a hotel gym, not a full fitness center. But everything worked, it was clean, and perfect for a quick workout.
The room itself was clean and comfortable. I didn’t notice any problems with the shower curtain — seemed like a standard modern design to me, and nothing leaked out. Maybe someone misunderstood the purpose or got a one-off issue, but mine was fine.
To be fair, every hotel has off days — but based on my stay, I think this place is doing a solid job. If you’re respectful, communicate your needs, and have reasonable expectations, I don’t think you’ll be disappointed here.
