For five nights. The first night I could not get the hot water to come out, Front desk lady that night explain to me their maintenance man would not be there until the morning
I explained to her that I would be at work and they can go in my room and fix it
I got back from work that night called the front desk before I even touched the Jacuzzi. She explained to me that I need to let the hot water run for 5 to 10 minutes before it would get hot. I turned the hot water on 20 seconds later hot water was coming out.
Third night there I filled the Jacuzzi up, Just fine when I went to add hot water 20 minutes later nothing was coming out of the faucet called the front desk lady. She came down to my room and tried to fix it called Mohammed, the manager On the cordless phone, he explained to her that he would give me a refund and give me a call the next day
Come back from work that night. There is a hole cut in the side panel of the Jacuzzi. The whole room smells like sewer water, but the Jacuzzi is working. I checked out five days later My pending $560 for my stay there was back in my bank account. A week after my stay there the $560 started pending in my bank account again. I have tried every day for the past 10 days to get a hold of the manager. I have left my phone number with every signed desk staff member in the a.m. asking her to return my Phone call I Filed a complaint with customer relations Explaining the same issue They responded back to customer relations, saying that the hot tub was an external Damage done by the customer, which is a complete lie!!! If that was the case, they wouldn’t have given me my $50 incidentals back
If I could write this hotel, it would be -10 but there’s not an option for -10
