I don't write bad reviews easily, generally I'm very positive, but this was shockingly bad. The entire facility smelled of baked in smoke (and weed) including the bedroom we were in despite signs around saying it was a smoke free facility. On top of that, the rooms were "clean." The beds were... Painful. Rock hard and on sheet metal bedframes. Not only did the beds squeak every time you so much as thought of moving, it ECHOED in the sheet metal bedframe. Soundproofing doesn't exist in the hotel so you can hear everything in the hallways and the adjoining rooms. There were even signs in the bathrooms warning people of the prices if they made off with the "amenities" (coffee pots, microwaves).
The experience was what I expect from an hourly motel, not a $300/night stay. This was shocking, in the worst ways. Yes this location is convenient to event spaces, but please find somewhere else to go.
