Very dated and dirty rooms. The reception staff were polite, kind and helpful. Female security guard less so. Location is great for all the goings ons in Waikīkī. The view you could potentially see from your room could be amazing too!

VacationFamilyLocation: 4These rooms feel seriously outdated and the one we had was not clean at all. The skirting boards were heavy with dust and brown marks?! The room was smelly, musty and drab. Bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned recently and Microwave stank! The linen and towels however were clean and smelled nice. If they invested in cleaning more than once per week for a room then I genuinely think this would have a massive improvement on the room even if they looked a bit dated at least they would be clean. The view from our room was amazing, we could see the golf course, diamond head and the beach.Shopping, golf, the beach, island tours etc.I felt safe walking around Waikīkī and everyone was friendly.As long as you are fit and well, everything is in walking distance.There are so many bars and restaurants nearby that you will never go hungry.If you spend most of your time out of your room and don’t mind feeling unclean, this is the place for you but personally, if I return to Waikiki, I will be looking at a different hotel.Great view
