My daughter, 26 years old, went with me once for Mother's Day and had a not so pleasant time with one of the ladies. She was not very patient with my daughter's request and said they were, "too hard" and seemed really frustrated with her. In my opinion, they weren't that hard to do and even if they were, she could have been friendlier and handled it differently. I had to beg my daughter to go back with a different nail artist. The guy that works the front desk can seem kinda short with people sometimes and has even cut me off on the telephone before, but I have learned by coming frequently, it's just his personality.
