I am truly displeased with the lack of professionalism conducted by Zeel. This past weekend was my best friend’s 40th birthday and she was excited about bringing together a group of 13 women to celebrate her birthday. My best friend April rented a beach house with a surprise massage planned for all of the ladies only to be notified via text message by Zeel two hours before their scheduled arrival that there was not a therapist available. This massage was planned two weeks in advance and my best friend April had received confirmation for their visit. When April called Zeel’s customer service line she was told that due to the holiday that the therapist was not available. The gentleman she spoke with stated he would do his best to find another therapist and he would call her back with an update. April received a second text message stating a therapist was not available. To make matters worse, money was taken out of her account despite the fact that a therapist never came to the home. This was a milestone birthday for my best friend and to see the disappointment in her face was disheartening. April invited her closest friends from out of town to celebrate her birthday and it truly put a damper on the festivities.
I will not recommend Zeel and I am truly disappointed that an established business would conduct business in this manner.
