Read MoreI am usually not one to review a business or product, but in a time when these reviews are becoming the livelihood of many businesses, an exceptional service deserves recognition. Such was my experience at World Dental Associates, where, after a strong recommendation from a family member I got my veneers placed.
From the moment I walked in I was made to feel comfortable as the receptionist kindly greeted me and immediately began to process my paper work. I was very pleased with how quickly everything was done. Moreover, in a time when doctors offices are chronically running late, appointments are rarely upheld and long waits seem to the norm and not the exception; World Dental Associates was a breath of fresh air. Something as simple as upholding the set appointment time, which has become uncommon, was greatly appreciated, and more influential in establishing a positive first impression of World Dental Associates than they are probably aware of.
This high level of professionalism and kindness also carried over into my experience with Dr. Lauzan and her ancillary staff. It quickly became clear that Dr. Lauzan and her staff were both very knowledgeable and skilled. I specifically wanted to get rid of the gaps I had in between my teeth, however, I wanted my veneers to look like natural teeth and not a group of perfectly aligned, perfectly white, and perfectly out of place set of front teeth. Every step of the process, from choosing the color, the placement of the temporary veneers, the development of the permanent veneers and their placement, was smooth, painless, and skillfully done. Even after the veneers were made and set in place, Dr. Lauzan ensured that I was happy with the outcome and was willing to make whatever changes necessary to make sure I was satisfied with the outcome, even if it required a significant amount of extra work on her end.
This was my experience through the entirety of the process, I found that no corners were ever cut, deadlines were routinely kept and Dr. Lauzan and her staff were always more than willing to go the extra mile to ensure my satisfaction. I could not be any happier to have found World Dental Associates and will certainly be returning to work with by Dr. Lauzan and her exceptional staff.
