Read MoreI had an appointment with Dr. Saha something, i called the receptionist at 930-to ask her whether I had an appointment or not because I never received a confirmation call- she said I did have an appointment, I told her I was an hour away (lived in porterville), asked if I should reschedule or go in. She said, it would be fine. I show up ten minutes late, wait 30 mins in the waiting room, I go up and ask her how long it's going to take and she tells me that there are two people in front of me. I asked her why she didn't tell me to reschedule, she said well because you showed up late, which didn't answer my question. I redirect her again asking her why she didn't tell me to reschedule for another day if it was going to take 2 hours to see the doctor! She just apologized, like that's any help!Awful receptionist named Patty!
