I have been training with Jill at Wolf Den for a little over a year, and I just can't say enough good things. The gym focuses on one-on-one strength training, and the environment is exceptionally positive and supportive. It's a small, close-knit place, and you start to feel like family after a while. Their training philosophy is all about the idea that it's a marathon, not a sprint, and they don't offer quick fixes, but if you put in the work, you absolutely will see the result, and you are well guided along the way. The trainers schedule around your needs, and make it easy to turn your workouts into a habit. I feel really lucky to have come across Vannessa, Jill, and Savannah. It's done wonders for me.
