I have been training at Wolf Brigade now for just about a year, and I absolutely love it. I'm 38, female, and I don't think I have ever been stronger in my life. The changes I have seen in my physique, the improvements I have seen with my own muscle strength imbalances and the understanding I now have about stronger and more efficient movement are unbelievable.
