Read MoreCalled this office and every time, the receptionist would answer " Dr. Morales' office can you please hold" and without waiting for my reply I was placed on hold and after holding for 5 minutes I was disconnected. this occurred 5 times and I think this is very unprofessional. I know it is not fair to expect office receptionists to be professional but IT IS a DR's office right? They are representing the Doctor and this certainly was not good representation.
