Read MoreI would NOT recommend this office. I waited 3 months to get in, I was on a waiting list. They would send out possible new dates and times at 6am and when I would wake up to the text, I would try to accept the appointment time, and I would tell me I had to accept it by 6:15am to get a new appointment. I found this very inconvenient, I am not going to set an alarm at 6am to check my phone for the small chance that their new time would work for me or that a new appointment would be available possibly that day.
After 3 months of waiting for that apt, they called me, three business days before my apt and told me I needed my imaging or the doctor couldn't see me. I had to work and it was a holiday weekend and the imaging center was in Downers Grove and I live near Yorkville. I was referred by a doctor in the same building, so I didn't know they had two different systems and could not access each others things. I rushed around and called my other doctor but they could not give me my newest MRI disc unless I drove to Downers Grove to get it, which I did not have enough time to do because I work during their business hours. (I had been on their schedule for 3 months, why didn't they tell me when I made the apt, I explained what doctor had referred me and why I was there when I made it.) They did not mention it any time before that. I called them back and let them know I had a disc with an MRI of my neck, but it was not the current one, that I could not drive to Downers in time, they told me to bring it to their office, I went on my lunch break from work, and got it to Janie, the office coordinator that was actually pretty nice, but then she called me back later that day, and told me that I needed to speak to her office manager because my imaging was 15 months old and they again failed to mention this ahead of time that they do not accept imaging over 1 year old. I explained that they had not communicated with me well and I found that to be very unprofessional. She said she would reschedule me after I went to downers Grove to pick up my imaging which I am assuming was going to be several weeks later since it took 3 months to get in the first time. I told her that after all this it wasn't worth it, and she said ok and hung up immediately. I have never delt with a more unprofessional and horrible communicating staff. I am tired of doctor's offices doing the bare minimum while you run everywhere for them and get everything, they make it so difficult, and you are the one in pain and always waiting. They are not special, there are a dime of these people a dozen. I am a healthcare professional, and I see patients and I will be letting them know not to come to this office. I will be taking my business elsewhere and will never recommend them to anyone. Who wants to deal with all this mess? I was never able to even see the doctor because there was so much red tape. So, I have no opinion on him, I would just not recommend this group at all unless he gets new people that want to do their jobs. Good luck getting in.
