Since starting to take Hanna's Strength for Runners class I can honestly say that I have become a stronger faster runner and while I think that its all my hard work that's the reason, it is hands down mainly due to Hanna.Not a runner then try her Train with the Trainer class which while you may think would be intimidating is in actuality a first class workout that is catering to every level of fitness. I have taken Hanna's 'train with the trainer' class since she introduced it and leave not only feeling healthier but happier too having met a whole other group of people that make me laugh on a weekly basis.Try Zeal you have absolutely nothing to lose and a whole lot to gain.
