Update: 3/7/24 I'm heartbroken to write this updated review. My frustration with the office administrator/billing person. I had an appt. July 2023 and switch insurance companies. I called the front desk, explained that I no longer had the previous insurance company and to please not bill them, asked if I could pay via my debt card, and paid $160 (the charge showed on my debit card). They billed my previous insurance company, anyway; and was on the hook to the tune of $500, give or take. I called the person mentioned above and she argued with me about my previous insurance company charging me and stated they can't do that (they did)! Shortly after the appointment above, I received a diagnosis of some debilitating diseases and became unable to work. Because of this major life change, we had to make the tough choice to file for bankruptcy. I communicated to the office manager/billing person that Whole Health was included in the bankruptcy proceedings. During this time, my husband received a phone call and the person on the other end stated he owed money from a year ago, which the billing person should have billed through insurance. I have given our attorneys info to above stated person twice now and am beyond frustrated. Contacting us regarding any bill from Whole Health is illegal. I am seriously considered contacting the BBB because of all of this.
I can't begin to describe how thankful, blessed and honored I am to have this exquisite quality of care ❣️ From the professionals at the front desk to Dr. Wells. I am in AWE of all of you. Thank you from the bottom of my heart and soul for being so kind, patient, professional, caring and not just hearing me but, truly listening ❤️ You are all incredibly amazing!
