Read MoreI made an appt with a doctor, and was switched to another. The office mgr, Ivy Brantley, told me I didn't know the doctor I'd requested. I can't know what she meant because that was my 1st ever visit. When I insisted on the Dr. I'd requested, she said if I did it again, I would not get my lifesaving meds!
When I went on the new date, Ivy Brantley had canceled it saying, I'd hung up before it was given - yet there I stood on the date given.
Now, I tried to reschedule and was told I'd need to pay $20 for the missed appt (that she hadn't made) even though it is not in their printed policy, nor posted to patients in any way. I reminded that I'm a senior on a fixed income, and Ivy said I would not be seen at all until I paid it.
The doctors seem good (I researched) and I'm old and sick, but it is not worth being treated like trash by Ivy.
And I see that she (Ivy Brantley) is on here giving a high rating as though she too is a patient!
