1. Whenever you make an appointment with them , you must go physically there to make the appointment. 2 . They sometimes answered the phones and sometimes the phones are disconnected and there is a way to leave a voice message, unfortunately they never call you back so if you need to talk to them you must go In person for everything.
3. They don't have a good way to scheduled or rescheduled an appointment , they sometimes don't right them now. And because there is not just 1 person designated to attend the phones or the lobby any persone can just answers and tell you something incorrect and just make up something , remember there are not good at calling people back.
4. They will not take walk in , no matter what , is on the agreement with medical insurance. So if you must get check with a doctor for a follow up I would recommend to check another clinic cause they are not available right away you must make plans for 1 to 3 weeks they are full even when they don't have people to attend.
5. If by chance you have to go with them cause is free and there is not other choice but this place and don't have 100 for a fast check in another clinic . I would recommend to call several times at the clinic to confirm the appointment even if they said they have you on they calender. Remember they phones sometimes are disconnected or in another call so keep calling till they answer.
6. If you going to be late and you call them to find out if you can still make it or if there's any other space available and they said just come over there is space or that they will attend you just walk in. PLEASE DO NOT BELIEVE THAT SPECIALLY IF YOU DONT WANT TO WASTE GAS thinking they will attend you cause you will find out they don't have space and you need to make an appointment again.
Just make sure to make another appointment and keep calling them to confirm the time cause sometimes they finished early and they move on the next guy and if you don't show up 30 min early they will skip you even with an appointment.
Or sometimes they don't let you know the doctor have to move the time to an early time than you thought you have the appointment.
Good luck. Hopefully you can change you preferred clinic or just go to the ER . Cause they just don't think you need this and they will try to make this as complicated as they can. Remember they don't really care that much.
