This is, without a doubt, the worst care I've received in St. George or, frankly, most of my life.Lets start with the good. The Dr seemed fine when I went. He seemed very sure he knew just exactly what to do to fix everything and why I had my issues which is, perhaps, a touch bold, but he largely seemed competent. The issues are what came after. I asked for a blood test. They said they had done it. I called for weeks trying to get the results of the blood test. I called the receptionist line, the med tech line, basically the entire phone tree. I rarely got through and, when I did, they either couldn't help me or refused to help me. I wasn't asking for anything crazy, I just wanted my lab results. The receptionist told me they couldn't give me that information out over the phone. Then she said they could e-mail (??) it to me, but not fax it. Or I could come in person. Why couldn't I just use the portal? Oh, well it was broken and they had no idea when it would be fixed. After weeks of trying, I finally got the med tech on the phone. Which was incredibly frustrating as the Dr. had said to call and speak to them if it was important. If I was having health issues and needed to talk to my Dr. urgently it is obviously not a realistic option regardless of what the Dr. might recommend.Eventually I finally manage to get in touch with the med tech after weeks of trying. The results? They never did the blood test. But they would be happy to schedule an office visit for me to come in to get my blood drawn again. The med tech, to his credit, did apologize. The responses on bad reviews seems to suggest that folks call if they have a complaint. I did complain on the phone. I was told by the receptionist that "she couldn't force anyone to do anything". Fair enough. I definitely don't want to receive healthcare from folks who think they they need to be forced to provide care.
