I had my first appointment with Dr. Jackson and she made me feel heard and is very kind. As soon as she walked in I knew I was going to like her. She’s very easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. I told her about my family history and she wanted to have everything tested, which I’ve been trying to get some with other doctors. She took her time addressing my concerns instead of rushing me out. I really do appreciate her staff and would recommend her to anyone.

I wish this organization was a bit more understanding. My review is not based on the service of the doctor. I was not able to meet the doctor. I am new to the area and tried to get myself and daughter on time to the facility. We had a hurdle with Google Maps and then got confused once inside the building. We tried contacting the office it took a few times to be able to speak to someone. We were 10 minutes late. Told that our appointments would both need to be rescheduled. It might all work out for the best in the long run. Something to consider if you lack efficacy and are trying to juggle a lot. This place was not flexible.

Visit went as it should. Wasn't kept waiting for longer than 15 minutes total to see the doctor. Nurse was friendly, Dr. Jackson is always friendly. The lab took a little longer as people were in front of me, but got out in good time.

She was empathetic to the changes in my life due to age and I appreciate her honesty. The medication she prescribed was spot on. I'm on the mend and feeling better.

She was so sweet, punctual to my appointment time and took the time to listen to all my concerns. So glad I made the switch to Meritas Health! Also they had a lab in clinic so right when I was done with my appointment I went directly down the hall for blood work. I was in and out with my appointment and labs within a hour and a half.
