Read MoreI had my 1st appointment for 1 thing. Done quickly. Report sent back from the provider next day,( still haven't heard what was said) 2nd appointment was for 4 things. I went to the interview with the provider. The provider asked more questions about my service dog than about my FOUR other things. Never once asking questions about one of the 4 items I was to see her for so she could interview me. That provider knows more about my service dog than she does, my past and current health.
Then my health rapidly declines. We contact VES and they lied to us about not receiving the providers report. VES has sat on their hands for 8 weeks with that 2nd report, NOT once looking at it. They were told my case is priority and should be expedited. We call and we get the same story. " this all takes time " They've had 8 FULL weeks of sitting on their hands not doing their job and wasting government money because their paid to do a job that they're not doing in a timely manner. 8 weeks is far to long to sit and listen to lies from them. Where's the accountability?
