I got a list of doctors from my insurance and when I googled Dr. Chen I thought “she has such a sweet and kind looking face, I’ll switch to her. :)” And I was right! She was so kind and calming, yet thorough and very professional and knowledgeable. As impressed as I was with her, I was even more impressed with the environment, staff, and the overall flow and efficiency of the office as a whole. The front desk workers were all SO KIND! Raquel specifically was so great! She guided me through filling out the pt forms, and made it so quick and easy! And was so inviting and kind. And I loved how everything was digital! From the time I got there until when I left — the office flow, the medical assistant & the techs that drew my blood for labs —I cannot even explain how impressed I was. I am the operations manager for a psychiatric practice, so I know very well how important client care & experience is. I am SO happy my insurance changed and I had to find a new doctor. Lol Sometimes you don’t know what you’re missing until you’re forced to leave the situation you’re currently in. :) Thanks so much! Very excited about my continued care. 💕
