Will not refer anyone to this Valley Day and Night Clinic in mission. As I can see in the comments it's an on going process at the location in mission of the expressway behind McDonald's. This is my experience went there Tuesday 12-10-24 at around 7:00 pm took my husband sick checked him in as a new patient presented my insurance along with his ID and then was asked to pay my co-pay as expected. Was immediately called in because at the time it was just us and another couple there in the lobby so once we were at the triage station getting his vitals and all his blood pressure was a bit high so I asked to take it again please she said I will in a few moments ok we get put in a room and another person not the same one that was taking my husband's vitals came in telling us about our insurance regarding labs that needed to get done that because of our insurance deductible it was going to be and began calling out prices and had him sign to get them done like agreeing to the charge. I then spoke and said but labs are done in house and my insurance copay covers and what deductable are you talking about I asked if you accepted my insurance all she said are you gonna want the labs done yes or not so I can let the provider know at that point my husband was feeling horrible and needed to see a Dr. And see what was wrong because our son had tested positive for flu and strep so we just proceeded getting the labs done as we checked out I was billed on top of my copay another $46 I said but I'm not understanding office visit copay should cover the labs I'm aware of my insurance benefits if not i will get billed she said no we don't bill you have to pay upfront i said you don't know what you are doing I asked for her name and did not give it to me as soon as i got home i got on my laptop to verify my benefits and sure enough i was right next morning I called asking to speak with a manager and explained what had happened and checked my husband's file and said yes they were not supposed to have charged you I said luckly I was one who checked and know my benefits and called to ask why I was charged after taking my copay I can just imagine how many more people out there that don't know get discharged and get away with it that was my kids dinner they charged me now I have to wait a few days to get reimbursed for their stupid mistake. I told the manager you need to train your staff because they don't know what they are doing.

Poor customer service. I had a terrible experience at this clinic. The staff just don’t care about your time and they’re unhelpful. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
