Fantastic gym. Very spacious, lots of cardio machines, weight machines, benches, dumbells, and barbells. Recently added more, for a total of 12 power lifting cages / platforms. You can squat, deadlift, hang clean, and more on these platforms.
Even when a ton of people are in, I can consistently get a good workout. You do have to be a little nimble to use alternative lifts /machines when they are in use, but honestly it hasn't been an issue for me yet.
They have plenty of classes that look amazing if that's what you're into, but for me, I just have the open gym membership, and it's more than enough for me.
I would say, be aware of the pressure to get with a trainer. They really pushed to get me with one, even though I've been refusing. It's made it a little awkward at times, but I guess you can't fault them for trying.
