***VETERANS BEWARE***
I have full confidence in the care I receive at the Cancer Center at UCHealth Greeley; however, billing is a nightmare. I have a Community Care referral for services at the Cancer Center. The billing department can't get the billing to VA done correctly preferring instead to bill to my civilian insurance since it is easier for them. I will now lodge a complaint with VA and also Medicare. Sick people should not have to spend so many hours on the phone or creating cases in the portal to try and get help with failed billing.
I tried contacting the Patient Advocates early on, but they were not helpful. Billing errors continue.

The reply from UcHealth is a great example of the organization's inability to understand information the patient provides. If UCHealth had fully read and understood my original review, they would have understood I have spoken with Billing many times as well as opening cases to billing through the portal. Instead, UCHealth has to pretend the billing issues are the patient's fault.
