Read MoreI have a pre-existing condition that is CHF. (Congestive heart failure) Dr. Bruce helped me understand the disease and did take his time with me. I have no problems with him at all. Very professional and understanding. My problem is with his staff. They all seem to have attitude problems and seem to care less if you are there. They make you feel like you are inconveniencing them! I have been two times and both times were like that. I called a little while ago because we are having a baby and the pediatrician recommended my wife and I get the whopping cough vaccine. So this would have been my third time going but the receptionist told me they didn't have that vaccine available that I would need to go to the health dept. He was very short with me and put me on a long hold in the middle of our conversation. It is also time for my checkup and he failed to schedule that also. Honestly, I really didn't care anymore with them. I will not be going back there. The people there answering phones, checking people in and out, staff in the lab are all very unprofessional and always seem to make me feel like I'm two feet tall and inadequate to be in their office. Dr. offices should be kind, considerate, discreet, respectful, and this office does not meet those simple expectations. I have scheduled already Boylan Health as a new patient. A bit of a hassle but I feel like I have done nothing but waste time at Triangle. Please don't waste yours! A little note to the doctors, you could be the best doctor in the world but if your staff is not helpful then your business will suffer. Clean up the office with people who want to be there. Your staff are a representation of you!
