Read MoreI am a veteran that is constantly running through the VA system. TCO, and Mr. Joesph Webb has been a significant source of relief to the issues that I have. After 4 rounds of physical therapy, I was finally sent to TCO to have someone actually look at the problem and come up with a plan, instead of pushing it back and sending me to another physical therapist and hoping the problem goes away.TCO as a whole has been great from intake, to continued treatment, and potential resolution. (Lets be real, things take time, especially healing) Starting at identifying the problem, and working towards a solution to my pain and discomfort without brushing it off and essentially making me fell that it is all in my head.Every appointment has been scheduled quickly, the appointment itself has been quick, for appt times, by being to the point and cause, rather than stretching it out or putting a bunch of "if" information out. He quickly was able to identify the problem and an additional contributing problem and was straightforward with the "here is the plan" with the steps of escalation.As the time passed, he has always listened to my concerns and symptoms and progressed through the treatment and resolution process.I appreciate and respect Mr. Webb, his team, and the staff at TCO.
