Had an incredible Thai massage with Lisa, the owner. I had never had a Thai massage before and didn’t know what to expect but it turned out to be exactly what I needed. Lots of stretching and positions I hadn’t been in before but left feeling much more relaxed and much less muscle tension. Lisa was very kind and the office space was warm and welcoming.

This was my first massage experience with Transformation Massage and I definitely will be coming back! It was a peaceful environment, made me feel like I was in a peaceful sanctuary! Lisa Madden was the best massage therapist and made me feel very comfortable. I would recommend transformation Massage! I will be back and spreading the word! ❤️

Lisa was personable. Was a little late but made sure I got time I requested. New location with open and neat decor, but appears to be still settling. I commend her for sticking with it through COVID with this literal "hands on" business. I feel she could have been more prepared but as long as I got a great massage I didn't mind today.Thank you for the Nurse and First Respnder discount! Nice to be rewarded with more than words...

Lisa is the best! Hands down the best massages I’ve ever had. I go primarily for upper back and neck pain, along with chronic migraines. She is very attentive to problem areas and does a fantastic job at relieving tension, along with my headaches. I would absolutely recommend anyone looking for a massage to go here - I can assure you that you won’t regret it!

This was the best 60 min deep tissue massage experience ever! It was my first time here and Lisa took care of me!! She knew exactly where I needed attention on my back and did not play around those knots. She got in there. I booked and received a fabulous 90 minute massage with Lisa! It was actually 90 minutes unlike some other places (looking at your massage envy..) I had booked a Swedish massage but Lisa educated me that I likely needed deep tissue. I told her I was nervous for it to hurt... she did amazing balancing it to be both relaxing and relieving! Definitely ranks up there in top 3 massages I have ever received! She was knowledgeable and intuitive. She did not miss any tight spots and I cannot wait until I can go back!

Lisa is hands down the BEST deep tissue massage I've ever had. I've some back issues, and she incorporated oils, massage and cupping to get to the root. She worked over the allotted time just to make sure I had relief. I love that it's a family business and they all work hard to make sure you feel welcome and taken care of. I signed up as a VIP because I will be coming back regularly. I will be sending everyone I know to her.

I saw Lisa twice now for my upper left back pain. Seeing her helped me tremendously. She knew immediately that there was a lot of tension & work that needed to be done on the left side. She used different methods to help relieve my muscle tension with heat and cupping. You can just tell when a person is skilled and knows the body. I will be booking with her on a regular to keep my muscles right. Also booking is super easy online.

I've been seeing Lisa M. the owner for the past 4 months and her deep tissue massage technique of oils, lotion and cupping has made a HUGE difference for me and my neck issues. She worked the muscle/tissue til she got to the root of the problem.A year ago I was going to a chiropractor 1x sometimes 2x a week for the same issue and it was never resolved.After 4 months with Lisa her techniques have made me a new person. I have more mobility, I don't have to limit my exercise or activities any longer, and best of all I sleep so much better.I researched and found Lisa and Transformation Massage close to my home in downtown Osseo. It's a nice location, easy to find and parking is breeze. I have been to other chains for a massage, never received the service or the one-on-one connection like I do with Lisa. I also signed up as one of her VIP memberships because I have regular appointments. Thank you Lisa - you're amazing!! :-)

I contacted Lisa for a massage package for my husband and I. She created an absolutely blissful afternoon for the two of us. We enjoyed a body scrub, facial, and massage and they were all heavenly. I have not enjoyed a massage that good in a long time. My husband and I will definitely find time to go back to her even though we live two hours away.

I had my first massage with Lisa. Oh goodness that woman is good! She did a fantastic job. I tried not to cry too much (lol) when she worked my muscles that were more tense. Love the decor. Tables and blankets were very nice. She was able to accommodate me as I wasnt able to lay on my stomach. I feel so relaxed afterwards andI'll define be going back.

Due to Covid, I’ve been unable to get a massage for a few years, and I decided that it was time to get back to getting some relief from back pain.I started searching for a new place as the business that I had used before had permanently closed. I did my due diligence and ended up finding Transformation Massage in Osseo. Their reviews were very good, the website was professional looking and full of good information. In addition, they were a small, independent business that was minority owned. This seemed to be a great fit, so I made an appointment for a deep tissue massage on Wednesday with Lisa (the owner who has had great reviews) and very quickly got back a confirmation email with a link to fill out a form asking about any medical issues. The form asked detailed health questions, which I thought was great because I have pretty severe lower back issues. I was excited to be able to discuss these issues and tailor my massage to make sure that I got some relief from pain.On Friday, I headed out for my massage. When I arrived, I was checked in by a nice young man and sent to the waiting area. He eventually showed me to a room and said that my massage therapist would be in shortly. After undressing and getting on the table, the massage therapist came it. This is where things started to go south quickly.This massage therapist was clearly NOT Lisa. I asked her if she was the one that I had scheduled with and she said 'Yes'. I asked her what her name was and she said Ling. The confirmation emails very clearly stated that my appointment was with Lisa. Some serious red flags, but I thought that I’d just roll with it and that it would be fine. I was wrong. Very wrong.She started in right away by climbing on top of me and digging her knees into my back. I had expected a conversation to discuss my needs, but she was having none of it and when I started asking questions, responded with such a thick accent that I couldn’t understand what she was saying. At one point she had her elbows right on top of my spine on my lower back which was incredibly painful. I let her know this and without saying anything, she left the room and came back a minute later and started sticking things on my back. I was face down and had no idea what she was doing and communication was clearly not going to happen.She finally finished up the massage and I left feeling like I had been a victim of bait-and-switch by scheduling with someone who appeared to be highly qualified and then worked on by someone who I suspect wasn’t at all qualified. I was in more pain than when I had arrived and even two days later, I’m still feeling pain in the place where she was pressing directly on my spine. I got out of the shower this morning (note that this was 2 days later) and my wife gasped and asked me what happened. I had no idea what she was talking about until I looked in the mirror and saw enormous round red welts all over my back. So, they were apparently suction cups that she was sticking on me. Were these supposed to help with pain? I seriously have no idea. That she didn’t even ask me if it was okay to do this was very clearly a violation and I’m not sure how long these marks are going to last.If the owner ends up reading this review, I’d like her to consider a few key points:1) Communication was clearly awful. If there was an issue and you had to change which therapist was going to work on me, you could have let me know via email, when I checked in, or when the therapist walked into the room. At any one of those three points, I would have rescheduled, but I was never given that option.2) The therapist that worked on me and had clearly not read through the medical information that I had supplied on the require form. This was incredibly dangerous and could have serious long-term health effects on me.I really did want to like this place. As I stated prior, they really did check all the boxes during my research, so I’m super disappointed that I had such a bad experience here.

I had my first ever Yomassage which is yoga and massage mixed into one. It was a very good first experience. Lisa was soft spoken and kind. I thought I was going to have to do a balancing act but it’s far from that. The position were relaxing and combined with Lisa’s massaging, I was at peace. I felt cared for. I highly recommend trying it out!

It was a great massage. She realized how tight I was in my shoulders. Came in on my birthday and wanted just to relax. But I guess needed more work then that ! Painful at times but she said to trust the process. I’ve heard that is true and the next day it feels great !A little unsettling when walked in. I didn’t realize a new location until read the reviews. Disarray w the desk and confusion on my appointment. Was accidentally booked for a different day. But a client gave up her spot so I could still get mine done. That was nice of her because would have been a big disappointment.Would come again. Now I know how badly I need Ongoing massages 🙂

I found Transformation Massage quite by accident, but it has been the best choice I have ever made for my overall health. I've struggled with a frozen shoulder for years with little relief, often waking at night in pain from sleeping on it. My range of motion was limited and I had to stop lifting weights to ease the discomfort. After seeing Lisa for the last 9 months, I have regained full range of motion in the shoulder and can sleep without pain. Her techniques of cupping, gua sha and deep tissue often leave me in tears (which we always laugh about) but after a few days, I feel amazing. The act of touch through massage in the healing process is highly underrated, and really should be utilized far more often. Lisa is a master technician and has my business for life.

We did our first ever couples massage, and it was amazing! We will definitely be going back!The only downside hat i noticed is that they weren’t super welcoming and didn’t explain the process/what to expect or even introduce themselves. (I could understand if we were returning customers, but we were 1st time today) I have had massages in the past from a motor vehicle accident, and this type was a little different (which was to be petted), it would have been nice to have been welcomed with introductions and what to expect.

I bought a Groupon and I tried to call this business and book an appointment. I called her, texted and left voicemails I did not hear back from her in a span of 5 days. The one time she answered the phone she told me she only answered because she thought it was a client that was lost and she will call me right back when she is done with what she is doing. I did not hear from her after that. Tried calling again the next day no answer. I really wanted to support this business such a shame.Reply to to Transformation massage response: The same way you were able to respond to this review in three hours because of the 1 star, you could have responded to one of the multiple attempts of me trying to contact you. Just a suggestion if the job is as getting hectic as you’re making it sound maybe you should hire someone to help out with the phone. I hope you don’t give the same excuse to future clients, because it makes you and your business look bad. Please take accountability for your short comings. I normally get about one massage per year. After experiencing the Table Thai Massage from my massage therapist-Sally, I booked a second one exactly one month later. Now after receiving both massage therapies, I learned about their monthly membership for about seventy bucks a month; which is for any service and if you come back for a second massage or service that one is half off. So roughly 2 quality healing therapies for about one hundred bucks. I believe Lisa also mentioned the 3rd, if needed would also be discounted. Clean, professional, friendly and affordable. This IS exactly what the doctor ordered. Book with confidence, you’re worth it.

Lisa's massage is one by which all massages should be measured. She's friendly and professional. I'm a nurse that moves heavy patients. She worked my kinks out on the first visit, gave me a home follow-up plan and showed me what and how to stretch a problem area to keep lose for next time. Deep tissue is next. I wanted to take her home with me but I couldn't so I'll just have to see her regularly and was added to her calendar. Excellent massage therapist!

Just had the most amazing massage from Lisa!!!! She found knots in my back I didn’t know I had. Just the right amount of deep pressure mixed with relaxation!!! If you are stuck sitting at a desk or just plan pull something she has the fix. Many technics to work your stress out !!! I strongly encourage you to make a appointment you won’t be disappointed!

I’ve had my fair share of massages, and I can say, without doubt or reservation, that Lisa has the true healing touch. I had her 90 min table massage. The more I relaxed into the experience, the more she was able to work her intuitive magic, which led to one of the greatest massages I’ve ever had. I just visited transformation massage for the first time and had an unbelievable experience. I came with some shoulder pain from an exercise injury and a tension headache. My massage therapist used multiple techniques and focused on the areas that had the most tension which resulted in me leaving with no shoulder pain and headache completely gone. I chose a deep tissue massage and the therapist asked multiple times if the pressure was good and checked on me throughout the entire massage. I don't typically give reviews but this massage truly deserves my time in writing this and much more! Thank you Transformation massage for making my day!

I booked a massage in July 2022. Payment was taken over the telephone. I was promised a gift voucher within 24 hours. After multiple emails and telephone calls, I did not receive a gift voucher. I then decided that I did not wish to do business with this establishment. I then embarked on the even more arduous task of getting a refund. After more than 10 emails and more than 10 telephone calls, I am still awaiting my refund. I have just sent yet another email into Transformation Massage's abyss. The excuses have ranged from: (1) Oh...our system is down; (2) Oh ....our website is down (3) Oh...I thought that your telephone number was a fraudulent number. This kind of inefficiency must take serious concerted effort, as I have not seen such overwhelming levels during all my years on the planet. I am still patiently awaiting my refund. I am way past disappointed...I would struggle to find polite words to describe this shambles of this business in Osseo! Btw...I only put a star because I needed to click a star in order to post the review. This business is not deserving of a star. If I finally get my refund, I may consider awarding 1/4 star. Fingers crossed.RESPONSE TO TRANSFORMATION MASSAGE'S COMMENT: The business's response from an unnamed person adds insult to injury. I was told 1-3 above, by at least two people. Perhaps it may be worth checking what staff are telling customers before bold and incorrect assertions are made. There is ABSOLUTELY no way, after the abominable service of chasing a gift voucher with numerous calls and emails that I would like any friend/relative of mine to go to your establishment. Therefore, after 10 emails, it is correct that I only wished to have a refund. That remains the case. I note that the business does not challenge my sending more than 10 emails and 10 calls. My payment was taken from my UK card, why can the payment not be returned to the same card? I also have Paypal. If you take payment from a non-American card with ease, do the right thing and return it in the same way. Why am I hearing for the first time in a review that you have tried to call and email me. You successfully emailed me in the past including on 18.8.2022 at 22.28. My email address has not changed. Why can this not happen again? Trying to call abroad only requires a country code and pressing the correct buttons. Reading the review one might think that the roles are reversed and that I should make life easy for Transformation Massage to refund me my money after it failed to do that which it promised. Your business took my money and it is incumbent on your business to take the necessary steps to return it. It is not for me to accede to your business's preferred wishes to get my money back. I will send yet another email to all the email addresses on your website. Please effect the payment or COMMUNICATE with a view to having all the details rather than attempt to engage in a pitiable PR stint to salvage what in my view is extremely poor, misinformed and insulting customer service.
