Not only are they healers, they are great people, and they are good at what they do. I always feel welcome and respected. I was extremely impressed with their admin side of things. The main story: Ketamine is an effective and powerful medicine for both chronic pain and treatment resistant depression. The dosage, method and supportive care you get while using ketamine is also important. I’m a 63 yo retired ER MD who has been fighting disabling pain and depression for over 15 years. Ketamine has been the most effective and easiest medication I have found to help with both conditions. The team at Therapeutic Infusions have been incredible. I have had a series of ketamine treatments years ago but new circumstances had me in a really dark place. I tried ketamine again as a last ditch effort. The difference this time was in the supportive and attentive care I received from everyone I interacted with here. They worked with patience and persistence to find the best route, dosage and healing space for me, as an individual, not just another chair to fill. They worked with my insurance (Medicaid) and all available plans to make sure I could get the care I needed, quickly and without an unworkable financial burden. They do understand what it is like to need care when you are less than capable and work with you to expedite treatment, and fine tune dosage and route. They respect you. I am so grateful for Therapeutic Infusions. I recently started Spravato and I am so amazed how this therapy has helped me. I get excited when I have to go to my treatments because I feel so much better afterwards. The atmosphere in the treatment rooms are furnished like a Bed & Breakfast. First I would like to establish, I have always been skeptical. Skeptical of the results that the new and outgoing treatments for depression have every now and then. I've tried them all. Quite honestly, I would SAY that it was working but that was just hopeful thinking. It is honestly so amazing and peculiar to have this much relief mentally, and see remission from my depression and anxiety. I can get out of bed. I can go out and do whatever i want. I look forward to tomorrow. All thanks to therapeutic infusions. Experience/review: My first impression of the office was amazement with how dedicated and persistent Jean Marie is when trying to get your insurance to work with their program. I think it's amazing that medical assistance covers this treatment (its one of the only practices completely covered in the area) and the office made it really easy to get treated here. They are with you every step of the way for the insurance and trying to get all the funding for you to be able to have the treatment you need. For the first 4 weeks you have to go twice a week and then after that you go once a week for 4 weeks and then taper down from there. It seems a bit overwhelming and it seems like a lot of time to dedicate to this but I promise you it's worth it. My first appointment my driver and I parked in the back parking lot in a parking spot just for this office. We went into the office and we were greeted by friendly staff and doctor and a beautiful ambiance. The atmosphere in the office is just wonderful. The bathrooms are spotless... And the accommodations that the office provides far exceeds expectations of what a medical office would have. They make you feel really comfortable. There's water bottles little snacks there's blankets and pillows and one of my favorite things that Dr R says is, "this is your room make it how you want it." So after coming in and getting yourself situated you are led to a room to begin your treatment. There's a room with dividers between chairs which is pretty nice and it has the same if not more amenities then the two back rooms which are single rooms . You are accommodated and pretty much every way you could dream to having your own coloring book to having your own tablet or TV with noise canceling headphones while you go through your treatment on a massage chair. I'm not joking. There's hand massagers and plenty of other sensory stimulation items like stress balls and jolly ranchers for you to have the best treatment possible. You begin your appointment by taking your vitals. Which they do after 40 minutes and then once more at the end of your treatment. You have to sit in the office for 2 hours which goes by pretty quickly considering all the amenities as well as the different things you can do while there. After your vitals you'll answer some questions from Dr r and then they will get you set up to begin your treatment. Like I said it's 2 hours and they come in and check on you and you have a panic button just in case anything were to happen because once you start they leave the room and give you your privacy. Normally I like to watch meditation videos on the TV and have the lights of the northern lights going on the ceiling. I like to have a bottle of water with me and I like to have a blanket and pillow. All of these things are made possible by Dr r and Jean Marie and I couldn't ask for a better office to be in the care of. All in all my depression and my anxiety have decreased immensely when looking at a graph of both of these elements it's amazing to see the progress I've made in such short time. It's even better to have this kind of support and medical Care while going through this journey I highly suggest you try it, and you give them a call, and I highly suggest you get your treatment at therapeutic infusions of Wilmington. (They have ozympic type meds too) They changed my life.

This treatment and this team literally saved my life. My PMDD and life-threatening mental health struggles resulted in multiple inpatient hospitalizations with little hope of improvement with any other treatment or medication. Dr. Raziano is an experienced emergency department physician, and he is the one you want monitoring your health and safety during treatment. You can relax and feel safe knowing your well-being is in his capable hands. One time, my O2 levels dropped during an infusion and I awoke to an oxygen cannula on my face. During my session he monitored my vitals, immediately caught the danger I could have been in, and then treated and kept me safe all while I had a cozy therapeutic infusion and was none the wiser until after. Caring & Accommodating. Jeanne-Marie and Dr. Joe genuinely care about the patients they are treating. I have had to contact them while in crisis, and they responded immediately and compassionately. I have needed to come in quickly for an emergency booster, and they have always made time to get me on the schedule (I have a feeling they have kept the clinic open late to fit me in more than once!) I feel so safe trusting that they know this treatment is life or death for many patients like me, and they treat it with the importance it deserves. I can't begin to describe my gratitude for the Razianos and Therapeutic Infusions. Truly, they saved my life. I wish anyone struggling has the opportunity to give them a visit.

I'm an RN and I've been struggling with treatment resistant depression and severe anxiety over the past year so badly I've been hospitalized three times in a year and I've been out of work. My mom and I decided we needed to try an alternative and thank God I did! I can't say enough about this place and the couple that run it. As soon as you walk in it feels very comfy, honey and warm. Jean Marie and her husband are so welcoming, professional and will go beyond to make sure your experience is top notch. I the rooms are perfectly setup to ensure comfortability. They also treat not just like a patient but an actual person. They will sit and have a normal conversation and make jokes and just all around make you feel like family. I immediately felt relief from my horrible anxiety from my first treatment. I was no longer irritable or worrying to the point of uncontrol which was huge! My symptoms just got better from them on. I did 6 treatments total and it was literally life saving considering what all I've been through mentally this year.
