I wanted to pick this salon so that I can support a black owned business, but per usual it was highly unprofessional. I was calling the number provided for 3 days straight and got no answer, when I finally just gave up I received a text message from that same number on the 4th day saying they are sorry they missed my call. I asked a few questions about their salon and even the answers were slightly rude. I saw online somewhere that they accept walk ins so I drove 20min to get a service. Nobody was at the front desk which they need a receptionist & business phone because that is why they are losing customers, whoever is using their personal cell phone it’s just not an appropriate way to communicate with potential customers. Someone comes from around the wall asking if I had an appointment and I said no and she informed me that I had to schedule one. She seemed really overwhelmed and stressed out so I wasn’t too upset. I didn’t want to schedule an appointment right then because my schedule is so hectic, so I thought I could try texting the number. To make the story shorter...NOBODY answers the texts at an adequate time. I purchased this on groupon so I already paid my money. I was blowing up with phone calls and texts and basically they could care less that they took my money and would respond or pick up to give me the service I paid for. NEVER GO
