I’ve been training with Angela Kading at the Tustin studio for 3 months and I’ve really enjoyed my experience. I’ve gotten stronger, I’m building muscle and I feel my metabolism has improved. I like working with Angela because she is very focused on my overall wellbeing. She is very experienced and extremely knowledgeable about strength training, physiology, and she even trained as a chef. (I’m a foodie!) I love that she listened to my concerns and adapted my workouts to suit my needs. I didn’t want to go too fast or hard and risk possible injury at my age. I’m 64 and know that strength training is necessary at my age but I was prone to exercise induced headaches. Angela customized each session to ease me and my body slowly with incremental progress. I’m not in any rush and I always tell her “Progress is more important than perfection.” As a Certified Wellness and Transformational Nutrition Coach it is very important that I “Walk My Talk.” I can’t ask my clients to do something that I’m not willing to do myself. I’ve always been active and I love walking outdoors regularly but strength training is imperative for post menopausal women for myriad reasons. I’m glad I found The Perfect Workout because I like the one-on-one training experience in a calmer, quiet environment. I like the efficiency and effectiveness of the 20-minute full body workout sessions and the results. For all those reasons and for the enjoyment of working with Angela as my personal trainer twice a week, I decided to sign up for a 12-month program. I’m looking forward to the transformation that awaits me! I’ll be 65 at the end of this year. I believe 2025 is going to be EPIC!
