As an incentive for signing up for a membership plan, the rep told me I would have an additional three free visits in addition to my first month’s purchase of a four visit plan. Of course when I actually used the first of my three free visits, my credit card was charged an additional amount for the visit. When I called the office to ask about the charge I was told that I don’t get the three visits because it’s for “new customers only”. This location is brand new and I signed up on my first visit.Apparently because I filled out some forms at the Seagoville location nearly two years ago but couldn’t be treated, that makes me an “existing customer”. No payment, no treatment, but still an “existing customer”.I was lied to at sign up and was not told prior to being charged. I gave them an opportunity to fix it and they refused.A few minutes ago they called back and offered three free visits if I signed up for another month. Wild. They also blamed me saying that I “misunderstood because they were actually talking to my wife”. A lie considering my wife never even considered signing up and I specifically asked again to confirm the free visits while I was signing up. Again, wild.Long story short, deceptive sign up offers and related billing practices, passing the blame, and asking me for more money in order to get what I was promised. If you decide to do business with them, get everything in writing and watch your bank account. Shameful.
