Read MoreMy name is Brandon Haggas, I had a Colonoscopy scheduled with this clinic, because I have an incredibly painful bowel restriction caused by a faulty abdominal mesh. I have been informed that the mesh was put in wrong, and my former doctors knew it, but withheld the information from me, instead, they lied to me and told me everything was normal. This wrong diagnosis has had a very negative impact on my life, and caused me a lot of needless pain and suffering. I was trying to explain this to Janet Preller via a phone call, just days before my Colonoscopy was supposed to occur. Janet, was rude, spoke down to me as if she thought she was superior to me in some way, and inturrupted me repetadly, and then she lost her temper and hung up on me! I called back, and was told that my medical procedure, (that was ordered by a doctor,) had just been cancelled, by their office personel! They then proceded to slander my character, and said that it was because I had been disrespectful. The truth is that I have a valid medical neglegence case, and these people are cowards and don't want to get involved.
I had my health insurance representative call them, this facility lied to my insurance company. It is 100% documented also. They told my health insurance company that the procedure was NOT cancelled.
Fast forward a couple days.. and, I called my pharmacist the day before the procedure. I thought the procedure was going to take place as ordered, because my insurance rep had immediately called me back and told me that the procedure was NOT cancelled. So, I had asked my pharmacist for my laxative solution I had been prescribed to drink. He said he did not have it, and he called Dr. Chun's office for me... He called me back and my BiMart Pharmacist had to then inform me that my Colonoscopy was in fact cancelled, and that's why they did not even call in the prescription.
The next day, (the day I was supposed to have the procedure.) I got a notice that I had missed a certified mail delivery. They lied to my insurance company and then sent me a letter to tell me it was cancelled.
The way I have been treated by this clinic is shameful.
