And also extremely knowledgeable and quite simply amazing having somewhat recently started this business! So she got me in a bit early luckily which worked for both our schedules! The building is slightly confusing, but she texted me directions that were very easy to follow. The body garage is a super cute little office and the perfect set up! She explained the process down to a T so there was no confusion, asked about my prior use of teeth whitener, and most importantly, was very concerned with my teeth sensitivity. I usually have really sensitive teeth and have a cavity that needs to be filled, and she was extremely attentive and concerned about not over doing the whitening (I.e not doing a touch up too soon, telling me not to use my whitening pen before a certain time has passed). She genuinely cares about her clients and her business and that really sets her apart from a lot of other small businesses. She made me feel extremely comfortable and like my friend was whitening my teeth! It was my first time doing professional teeth whitening and I’m tempted to tell her to move to DC so I can use her all the time! I think it took around an hour maybe from start to finish, and it was probably less than that. Most importantly, when she told me to wash the stuff off in the bathroom she said if the stains were unevenly removed, she would let me come back for free. I was a bit weary when I washed it off because the stains looked removed but not super great, similar to doing a tray at home; however, less than 2 hours later (and after eating!) my teeth look FANTASTIC. To say I’m happy with the service is an understatement. I hope I can come back to El Paso to use her services again!!! If you don’t go to Alexis you are highly missing out!!! My only comment would be to please get a business account for Yelp so I can leave another review there!!
