Natalie is talented at doing lashes, but the customer service and experience is terrible.
I went to her while my other lash artist wasn’t available, and she was having a lot of drama with someone else in the salon, so much so I had to wait for her to talk to police. Once we got started, she continued calling and texting and FaceTiming people during the appointment about the drama (all of the drama was also over Halloween decorations…) She was also singing during the appointment…just not the vibe. But whatever, we all have bad days and my other lash artist was available again after that so wasn’t a big deal.
But cut to almost a year later (this week), I needed lashes last minute and my girl couldn’t get me in so I booked with Natalie. Well the next day my lash artist reached out and said she could squeeze me in over the weekend. So I got my lashes done and messaged Natalie id no longer need them and if I could have my deposit back (the appointment is not for another week, plenty of notice). She replied and said no unfortunately deposits are non refundable. Though I have 2 screenshots of her policy; one from her GlossGenius, and one from her instagram. Neither say anything about deposits being nonrefundable.
I am a lash artist myself so I definitely understand people cancelling and rescheduling and the problems that can cause…but I would NEVER keep a $60 deposit from someone who gave me a week notice…. Also never thought I’d have to write a bad review of a fellow lash artist but, truly flabbergasted.
